ئەحمەدی حاجی رەشید، ئەندامی لیژنەی دارایی ئەنجومەنی عێراق، لەبارەی پشکی پەرەپێدانی پارێزگاکانی هەرێمی کوردستان، بە میدیاکانی راگەیاند”پێشتر حکومەتی فیدڕاڵی تەنها بڕی دو ترلیۆن دیناری بۆ پەرەپێدانی پارێزگاکان تەرخانکردبو، بەڵام پەرلەمان ئەو بڕەی بۆ چوار ترلیۆن زیادکرد”.
لە بەشیکی تری لێدوانەکەیدا ئاماژەی بەوە داوە” لەو ( ٤ ترلیۆن ) دینارە بەپێی ژمارەی دانیشتوان، پشکی هەر پارێزگایەک دیاری دەکرێت و بەشی هەرێم ( ٥٢٠ ملیار )دینارە”.
