دژ بە نەبوونی ئاو و كارەبا بەشێک لە دانیشتوانی ناحیەی عەربەت خۆپیشاندانیان کرد و داوای دابینکردنی ئەو خزمەتگوزاریانەیان کرد و بەڕێوەبەری ناحیەکەش دەڵێت: چارەسەر کردنی ئەو کێشەیە لە دەسەڵاتی ئەواندا نییە.
بەهۆی كەمبوونەوەی ئاوی خواردنەوە و كارەباوە، ئەمڕۆ بەشێك لە هاوڵاتیانی ناحیەی عەربەت لە پارێزگای سلێمانی ڕژانە سەر شەقامەکان و خۆپیشاندانی ناڕەزایەتیان ئەنجامدا و لەبەردەم بەڕێوەبەرایەتیی ناحیەكە گردبوونەوە.
خۆپیشاندەران داوای زیادکردنی كاتژمێرەكانی پێدانی كارەبا و چارەسەرکردنی گرفتی کەمی ئاوی خواردنەوەیان كرد و ماوەی هەفتەیەكیشیان دایە بەڕێوەبەری ناحیەكە، تا داواكارییەكانیان جێبەجێبكرێت، بەپێچەوانەوە بەشێوازی دیكە خۆپیشاندان دەستپێدەكەنەوە.
لە بەرامبەردا دابان محەمەد بەڕێوەبەری ناحیەی عەربەت، لە كۆنگرەیەكی ڕۆژنامەوانیدا ڕایگەیاند، كەمبوونەوەی ئاوی ناحیەكە پەیوەندی بە كەمبوونەوەی ئاوی بێستان سوورەوە هەیە، وتیشی: گرفتی كەمی كارەباش پەیوەندی بە كۆنترۆڵی كارەباوە هەیە و پێشتر چوونەتە لای لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان و بەڕێوەبەرایەتیی گشتیی كارەبای سلێمانی و داوای چارەسەرکردنی ئەو کێشانەیان کردووە.
لەلایەكی دیكەوە شەوی ڕابردوو بەیانی ئەمڕۆش بەشێك لە دانیشتوانی قەزای خانەقین بەهۆی نەبوونی ئاو و كارەباوە خۆپیشاندانیان ئەنجامدا.
