بەداخەوە ئەمڕۆ پەنابەرێکی خەڵکی شاری بۆکان لە بەردەم بارەگای نەتەوە یەکگرتووەکان لە شاری ھەولێر ئاگری لە جەستەی بەردا.
لە کاتێک دا دڵگرانی خۆمان لەم ڕووداوە دڵتەزێنە دەردەبڕین، بە توندی ئیدانەی کردەوەی ئەو کەناڵانە دەکەین کە بەبێ گوێدانە ڕەوشتی کاری ڕۆژنامەگەری و یاسا کارپێکراوەکانی و ڕێنمایەکانی حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان، بە شێوەیەکی دڵ ڕەقانە ڕووماڵی ئەم ڕووداوەیان کرد بەبێ هەست کردن بە بەرپرسیارەتی کاری ڕۆژنامەوانی.
دەبێت لایەنی پەیوەندیدار ڕێگری بکات لەو کردەوانە و داواکاری گشتی بە ئەرکی خۆی هەڵسێت بۆ دووبارە نەبوونەوەی ئەم جۆرە کارە نامرۆڤانانە.
