بەگوێرەی نووسراوێكی فه‌رمانگه‌ی به‌دواداچوونی پڕۆژه‌كان له سه‌رۆكایه‌تی ئه‌نجومه‌نی وه‌زیران،کە بە ژمارە ( ٦٧٨٧ ) لە ڕێکەوتی ( ١٤ / ٦ / ٢٠٢١ ) و بەواژوی ئومێد صباح و بەبڕیاری مەسرور بارزانی ، سەرۆكی حكومەتی هەرێمی كوردستان، له‌سه‌ر بودجه‌ی وه‌به‌رهێنانی وه‌زاره‌تی ئاوه‌دانكردنه‌وه‌ی حكومه‌تی هه‌رێمی كوردستان، به‌شێوه‌ی نه‌ختینه و قۆناغ، بڕی ١٠ ملیار دۆلار ته‌رخانكراوه بۆ پڕۆژه‌ی درووستكردنی رێگای كه‌لار – سلێمانی.
له نووسراوه‌كه ئاماژه به‌وه‌ش كراوه،” به‌پێی رێنماییه‌كانی جێبه‌جێكردنی گرێبه‌سته‌كانی حكومی ژماره ٢ی ساڵی ٢٠١٦ی وه‌زاره‌تی پلاندانان پڕۆژه‌كه جێبه‌جێ ده‌ركرێت”.
