ئومێد خۆشناو پارێزگاری هەولێر، ئەمڕۆ ( پێنچ شەممە، ٢٧ی ئایاری ٢٠٢١ ) ڕایگەیاند،” لەژێر ڕۆشنایی بڕیار و ڕاسپاردەکانی مەسرور بارزانی، سەرۆکی حکومەتی هەرێم ، بۆ چارەسەرکردنی کێشە و گرفتەکانی زەوییەکانی کەرتی ( ٨ )ی حەسارۆک لە شاری هەولێر، ئەمڕۆ لەگەڵ ساسان عەونی، وەزیری شارەوانی فەرمانگەی خزمەتگوزرای ( ٨ )ی حەسارۆکمان کردەوە”.
پارێزگاری هەولێر ئاماژەی بەوەشکردووە،” مەبەست لە کردنەوەی فەرمانگەی خزمەتگوزرای ( ٨ )ی حەسارۆک کە پێکهاتووە لە سەرجەم فەرمانگە خزمەتگوزارییەکانی ( کارەبا، ئاو و ئاوەڕۆکان و شارەوانییەکان ) و دەکەوێتە سنووری زەوییەکانی ئەوکەرتە، ئەنجامدانی کارئاسانییە بۆ ڕایکردن کاروباری هاوڵاتییان و جێبەجێکردنی داواکارییەکان و لە چەند ڕۆژی داهاتووشدا دەست دەکرێت بە وەرگرتنی داواکاری و مامەڵەی خاوەن زەویەکانی کەرتی ( ٨ )ی حەسارۆک”.
