ئەنجومەنی باڵای وەبەرهێنان کۆبوونەوەی ئاسایی خۆی ئەنجامدا و تیایدا میکانیزمی دەسپێکردنەوەی پڕۆژە وەستاو و تەواونەکراوەکان گفتوگۆی لەبارەوەکرا.
ئەمڕۆ دووشەممە، بە سەرپەرشتی مەسرور بارزانی سەرۆکی حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان و ئامادەبوونی قوباد تاڵەبانی جێگری سەرۆکی حکومەت، ئەنجومەنی باڵای وەبەرهێنان کۆبوونەوەی ئاسایی خۆی ئەنجامدا.
لە کۆبوونەوەکەدا، دروستکردنی پۆرتاڵێکی تایبەت بۆ زوو ڕاییکردنی کاری وەبەرھێنەران و دەستپێکردنەوەی پڕۆژە وەستاو و تەواونەکراوەکان و دانانی میکانیزمێک بۆ چۆنیەتی گۆڕینی سێکتەرەکانی وەبەرهێنان تاووتوێ کرا.
لە کۆبونەوەکەدا سەرۆکی حکومەت ئاماژەی بەوەكرد، حکومەتی هەرێم لە سەرەتای دەستبەکاربوونیەوە، کاریکردووە لە پێناو فراوانکردنی پرۆسەی وەبەرهێنان لە بوارە جیاجیاکاندا و پێشکەشکردنی ئاسانکاریی پێویست بۆ وەبەرهێنەرانی ناوخۆ و بیانی لە ڕێگەی داڕشتنەوە و هەموارکردنی یاساکانی وەبەرهێنان و برەودان بە خزمەتگوزارییە ئەلکترۆنییەکان و پەیڕەوکردنی سیستەمی یەک پەنجەرەیی، تا پرۆسەی وەبەرهێنان خێراتر ببێت و بە پێی پێداویستییەکانی هەرێمی کوردستان بێت .
لە کۆبوونەوەکەدا دوای گفتوگۆ و ڕاگۆڕینەوە، چەندین بڕیار لە بارەی گەشەپێدانی وەبەرھێنان و ڕێکخستنەوەی پێدانی مۆڵەتی پڕۆژەکانی وەبەرهێنان دران.
