عێراق؛ پێشنیار دەکرێت خوێندن بە ئەنجامی نیوەی ساڵ کۆتایی پێبهێندرێت

لیژنەی پەروەردەی پەرلەمانی عێراق چارەسەرێک بۆ کۆتاییهێنان بە ساڵی خوێندن ئاشکرا دەکات و دەڵێت دەکرێت نمرەی نیوەی ساڵ وەک نمرەی کۆتایی دابنرێت.
