قوباد تاڵەبانی لە پەیامێکیدا بە بۆنەی هێرشی چەکدارانی داعش بۆسەر پێشمەرگە، ڕایگەیاند”ئەم پەلامارە تیرۆریستیانە ئەوەمان پێ دەڵێت کەدەبێ زیاتر چاوکراوەبین بۆ روبەروبوونەوەی تێرۆر و تۆقاندن بەھەموو شێوەکانی و بەھەر ھۆکارێک بێت”.
