ئەوەس دوای ئەوەهات کە بەیانی ئەمڕۆ بە فەرمانی پۆتین هێرشی ڕووسیا بۆسەر ئۆکرانیا دەستیپێکرد و بە گوێرەی ئاماری فەرمی حکومەتی ئۆکرانیش لە هێرشەکاندا حەوت کەس کوژراون و نۆ کەسیش بریندار بوون.
