دادگای باڵای فیدڕاڵی عێراق دوای ئەنجامدانی دانیشتنی یەکەم تایبەت بە هەڵوەشاندنەوەی ئەنجومەنی پارێزگاكانی عێراق دانیشتنی دووەمی بۆ مانگی داهاتوو دواخست.
دواخستنی دانیشتنی هەڵوەشاندنەوەی ئەنجومەنی پارێزگاكان بۆ رۆژی 4/5/2021 لەكاتێدایە بڕیار وابوو ئەمڕۆ دادگاكە ئەو دۆسێیە یەكلایی بكاتەوە.
بەپێی ڕاگەیەندراوێک کە دادگای فیدڕاڵی عێراق بڵاویکردوەتەوە، ئەندامانی دادگاكە لەسەربینینی دوو بابەت كۆبونەتەوە كە یەكەمیان تایبەت بووە بە تانەدان لە بڕیاری پەرلەمانی عێراق تایبەت بە هەڵوەشاندنەوە یاخود هەڵپەساردنی ئەنجومەنی پارێزگاكان.
لە ڕاگەیەندراوەکەدا هاتووە دوای گوێگرتن و وەرگرتنی وتەی هەردوولا دادگا بڕیاریداوە دانیشتنەكە بۆ رۆژی 4ی ئایار دوابخات و بابەتی دووەمیش تایبەت بووە بە ئەنجومەنی شارەوانی كەڕادە، بۆ ڕۆژی 27ی ئەم مانگە دواخراوە.
لە 26-11-2019 پەرلەمانی عێراق بڕیاریدا بە هەڵوەشاندنەوەی ئەنجومەنی پارێزگاكانی عێراق دوای بڕیارەكەی پەرلەمانیش ئەنجومەنی چەند پارێزگایەكی عێراق لە ناویاندا ئەنجومەنی پارێزگای كەركوك لە دادگای باڵای فیدراڵی تانەیان لەو بڕیارەی پەرلەماندا و بە بڕیارێكی نا یاسایی و نا دەستووری ناویان برد.
