سەرۆکی هەرێم و سەرۆکی حکومەت ئەمڕۆ لە دوو کۆبونەوەی جیاوازدا لەگەڵ باڵیۆزی تورکیا لە عێراق سوپاسیان کرد بۆ هه‌وڵه‌كانى له‌پێناو په‌ره‌پێدانى په‌یوه‌ندییه‌كانى هەرێم و تورکیا.
کۆبونەوەکان بەبۆنەی کۆتاییهاتنی ئه‌ركی فاتیح یلدز بوو لە عێراق، کومسوڵی تورکیاش لە هەولێر بەشداری تیادا کرد، هەردوو بەرپرسەکەی هەرێمی کوردستان هیواى سه‌ركه‌وتنىان بۆ یەڵدز خواست له كار و ئه‌ركى نوێیدا.
بە گوێرەی راگەیەندراوی سەرۆکایەتی هەرێم لە بارەی کۆبوونەوەکە تاوتوێكردنى دۆخى ناوچه‌كه به‌گشتى، ڕێككه‌وتنى شه‌نگال له‌نێوان حكومه‌تى هه‌رێم و حكومه‌تى عێراقدا تەوەرێکی کۆبونەوەکە بووە.
لە کۆبونەوەکەی سەرۆکی حکومەتی هەرێمیش لەگەڵ ئەو باڵیۆزە، جەخت لە گرنگیی پەرەپێدانی پەیوەندییەکانی نێوان تورکیا و هەرێمی کوردستان لە گشت بوارەکان بە تایبەتی بارزگانیی و بەهێزکردنی هەماهەنگیی لە نێوان هەردولا کرایەوە.
