سایلۆی هەولێر ئاگاداری ئەو جوتیارانە دەکاتەوە کەساڵی 2015 گەنمیان رادەستی بنکەی سایلۆکانیان کردووە، سبەی پێنجشەممە دەتوانن سەردانیان بکەن بەمەبەستی وەرگرتنی چەکی پارەکانیان.
سەباح رەفیق، بەرپرسی ژمێریاری سایلۆی هەولێر لەراگەیەنراوێکدا بڵاویکردەوە، ئەو جوتیارانە ئاگادار دەکەنەوە کە ساڵی 2015 گەنمیان رادەستی سایلۆی بنکەکانی (اربیل قدیم ساحات، اربیل قدیم بناکر، مرکز عنکاوە و مرکز کۆیە) کردووە، رۆژی پێنجشەممە سەردانی سایلۆ بکەن بە مەبەستی وەرگرتنی چەکی پارەکانیان.
دوای ئەوەی وەزارەتی بازرگانی عێراق 268 ملیار و 892 ملیۆن و 500هەزار دیناری وەک قۆناغی یەکەمی پارەی گەنمی ساڵانی 2014، 2015 و 2016ى جوتیاران بۆ هەرێمی کوردستان رەوانەکرد.
پارەی گەنمی جوتیارانی هەرێم بۆ ساڵەکانی 2014، 2015 و 2016 کە لەلای بەغداد مابوویەوە بریتییە لە 576 ملیار و 885 ملیۆن دینار، لەو بڕەش تائێستا 268 ملیار و 892 ملیۆن و 500هەزار دیناری خەرجکراوە.
