لەخولی پێشووی پەرلەمان لیستی داواکراوانی کوردی بەشدار لەتاوانی بەناو ئەنفالم ئاراستەی وەزیری ناوخۆ کرد کە بۆچی دەستگیر ناکرێن؟
لەوەڵامدا ئاماژە بەوە دەکات بەرەی کوردستانی لێبوردنی گشتی بۆ سەرجەم جاشەکان دەرکردوە و پەرلەمان لەیەکەم خول بڕیارەکانی بەرەی کوردستانی پەسەند کردوە و بەپێی یاسای ژمارە ١٨ ی ساڵی ٢٠٠٣ دان بەبڕیاری لێبوردنی گشتی کاتی ڕاپەڕینی ١٩٩١ی بەرەی کوردستانی نراوە.
بەڵام ھیچ کەس مافی ئەوەی نیە کەسێک تاوانی ئەنجام دابێ و دەستی لە ئەنفالکردنی خەڵکی کوردستان ھەبێ لێخۆش بوونی بۆ دەربکات، ئەمەش لەپێناو ئەوەی زۆرینەی ئەو جاشانە بونەوە بەچەکداری حزبەکانی دەسەڵات!
چەند عەیبەیەکی گەورەیە دادگای باڵای تاوانەکانی عێراق -کەھەڵوەشایەوە- فەرمانی گرتن بۆ ئەنفالچییە کوردەکان دەربکات بەڵام دەسەڵاتی کوردی لێیان خۆش ببێ!
