بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گشتی پۆلیسی كەركوك بڵاویكرده‌وه، به‌پێی نوسراوێكی وه‌زاره‌تی ناوخۆی عێراق كه له ٤ی ئەم مانگە نێردراوه بۆ دادگای موسڵ، ٤٩ ئەفسەری كورد بەهۆی بەشدارییکردنیان لە ڕیفراندۆمی سەربەخۆیی هەرێمی کوردستان دادگایی دەکرێن.
بەڕێوەبەرایەتیەکە بڵاویشی کردەوە ئەو ئەفسەرانە دۆسیەکانیان بە مەبەستی دادگاییكردن ڕەوانەی دادگای موسڵ کراون.
ئەوش دوای ئەوە دێت کە لە دوای ساڵی ٢٠١٧وە ئەو ئەفسەرانەی وەزارەتی نوخۆی عێراق کە بەشداریان لە ریفراندۆمەکەدا کرد روبەڕوی یاسای سەربازی کراونەتەوە و تا ئێستاش هەرێمی کوردستان لەو بارەیوە هیچ گفتوگۆیەکی ئاشکرای ئەنجام نەداوە.
