ناوبراو وتیشی “له كاتی سه‌ردانی لیژنه‌ی كۆگاكان بۆ كارگه‌ی ئاردی سه‌هه‌ند و پشكنینه‌كانیان، كارگه‌كه پابه‌ندی مه‌رجه‌كانی ته‌ندروستی نابێت و به‌هۆی رانه‌گرتنی پاكوخاوێنییه‌وه شوێنه‌كه‌ی شیاوی كاركردن نییه و پاشه‌ڕۆی قرتێنه‌ره‌كانی تێدابوه”.
ئەوەشی روونکردەوە: له كارگه‌كه‌دا ده‌ست به‌سه‌ر زیاتر له (10) كیلۆگرام خومره‌دا گیراوه كه ماوه‌ی به‌كارهێنانی به‌سه‌رچووه و شیاوی به‌كارهێنان نییه، بە فەرمانی قایمقامی سلێمانیش خاوەنەکەی رووبەڕوی دادگا دەکرێتەوە.
