ئەمینداری یەکگرتوو لەگەڵ عەلی باپیر کۆبویەوە

بە مەبەستی دروستکردنی هاوپەیمانێتی بۆ هەڵبژاردنی پێشوەختەی عێراقئێوارەی ئەمڕۆ ئەمینداری گشتی یەکگرتوو سەردانی سەرۆکی کۆمەڵی دادگەری کرد.
ئێوارەی ئەمڕۆ چوارشەممە عەلی باپیر سەرۆكی كۆمەڵی دادگەریی كوردستان لە مەكتەبی تایبەتی خۆی لەشاری هەولێر، پێشوازیی لە سەلاحەدین محەممەد بەهادین ئەمینداری گشتیی یەكگرتووی ئیسلامییی كوردستان.
بە گوێرەی زانیاریەکان کۆبوونەوەکە بە مەبەستی دروستکردنی هاوپەیمانی نێوان لایەنەکانی دەرەوەی یەکێتی و پارتییە و پێشتریش پەیوەندی بە هەریەکە لە نەوەی نوی و بزوتنەوەی گۆڕانەوە کردووە.
دوینێ سێشەممە لڤین لە راپۆرتێکدا ئاشکرای کردبوو کە یەکگرتووی ئیسلامی سەرپەرشتی هەوڵێک دەکات بۆ دروستکردنی هاوپەیمانێتی و ئاشکراشیکردبوو کە نەوەی نوێ پشتیوانی ئەو کارەی یەکگرتووی کردووە و بزوتنەوەی گۆڕانی خۆشحاڵ بووە بە بیرۆکەکە.
زانیاریەکانی لڤین ئەوەیان ئاشکرا کردووە کە کۆمەڵ لە وەڵامی پێشوتریدا بۆ یەکگرتوو ساربووە، بەڵام ئەمڕۆ لە بارەی کۆبوونەوەکەوە هیچ زانیاریەکی بڵاو نەکردووەتەوە.
