لە ئێستادا بە فەرمی دەوڵەتی یاسا لەگەڵ ئەنجامدانی دانیشتنی پەرلەمان نییە، هاوپەیمانێتی فەتحیش تێبینی خۆی هەیە، کوردیش رێکەوتنی سەرەتایی کردووە بۆ تێپەڕکردنی پڕۆژە یاساکە.
