بەشیر حەداد، جێگری دووەمی سەرۆکی پەرلەمانی عێراق،لە کۆنگرەیەکی رۆژنامەوانیدا رایگەیاند: رێککەوتن لە نێوان لیژنەی دارایی کرا لە بارەی پشکی هەرێمی کوردستان لە بودجەی ٢٠٢١ی عێراق بەو شێوەیەی کە حکومەتی هەرێم پێی رازییە.
ناوبراو لەبارەی هۆکاری دواخستنی دانیشتنی پەرلەمان بۆ ماوەی چەند کاتژمێرێک روونیکردەوە تەنها دوو تەوەر ماوە بۆ ئەوەی دانیشتنەکە ئەنجام بدرێت کە ئەوانیش گۆڕینی دۆلار و قەرزەکان هەیە کە لە ناوخۆی شیعەکاندا ناکۆکی هەیە.
جێگری سەرۆکی پەرلەمانی عێراق راشیگەیاند: هیچ زەمانێک نییە بۆ ئەوەی کە رێککەوتنەکە هەڵنەوەشێتەوە چەونکە ئەمە عێراقە و هیوادارین ئەمشەو دانیشتنەکە ئەنجام بدرێت بۆ ئەوەی رێککەوتنەکەش کێشەی بۆ دروست نەبێت.
ئەوەشی راگەیاند هەریەکە لە هاوپەیمانی فەتح و دەوڵەتی یاسا و نەهجی وەتەنی نارازین لە دانیشتنەکەی پەسەندکردنی بودجە وە هاوپەیمانی نەسریش لەسەر رای خۆی سوورە.
