دکتۆر کەمال مەزهەر، نووسەر و مێژوونووسی کورد لە تەمەنی 84 ساڵی لە ئەڵمانیا کۆچی دواییکرد.

کەمال مەزھەر ئەحمەد، لە ساڵی 1937 لە گوندی ئاغجەلەری سەر بە شاری کەرکوک لەدایکبووە
لە ساڵی 1959 ی زایینی لە زانکۆی بەغداد کارناسیی مێژووی وەرگرت
لە ساڵی 1969ی زایینی لە ئەنستیتۆتی ڕۆژھەڵاتناسیی ئەکادیمیای زانستەکانی سۆڤیەت دکتۆرای زانستەکانی وەرگرت.
بۆ ماوەیەک سکرتێر و ھاوکاری سەرۆکی عێراق بووە لە پرسەکانی زانستی لە فەرھەنگستانی کوردی بەغداد.
لە چەندین زانکۆی عەرەبی وانەی وتووەتەوە و ئەندامی یەکێتیی نووسەرەکانی کورد و ئەنستیتۆتی کورد لە پاریس بوو.
بە زمانەکانی کوردی و عەرەبی و رووسی وانەی وتووەتەوە و وەرگیڕانی کردووە.
