دادگای فیدڕاڵی ئەو لیژنە تایبەتەی مستەفا کازمی، هەڵوەشاندەوە کە بۆ ڕووبەڕووبوونەوەی گەندەڵی و تاوان دروستیکردبوو.
لە دانیشتنی ئەمڕۆ چوارشەممەی دادگای فیدڕڵی، بڕیاریدا بە نادەستوریبوونی فەرمانی دیوانی ژمارە 29ی ساڵی 2020ی ئەنجومەنی وەزیرانی عێراق بۆ پێكهێنانی لیژنەیەكی هەمیشەیی بۆ لێكۆڵینەوە لە كەیسەكانی گەندەڵی و تاوان.
ڕوونکردنەوەیەکدا ددگاکە دەڵێت “ئەو بڕیارەی كازمی پێچەوانەی دەستورە و هاوشێوەی هەمواركردنی یاسای دەستەی نەزاهەیە كە دەستەیەكی دەستورییە تایبەتە بە لێكۆڵینەوە لە كەیسەكانی گەندەڵی دارایی و كارگێڕی.”
