حكومەتی هەرێم بڕیاریدا بڕی ٧ ملیار و ٢٥٠ ملیۆن دینار وەك پێشینەی مانگانە بۆ پاڵپشتی خوێندكاران و بەشە ناوخۆییەکان تەرخان بکات.
بە گوێرەی نوسراوێکی ئارام محەمەد، وەزیری خوێندنی باڵو توێژینەوەی زانستی لەسەر ڕاسپاردەی ئەنجومەنی وەزیران وەزارەتی دارایی پێشینەی مانگانەی ٧ ملیار و ٢٥٠ ملیۆن دینار بۆ پێداویستی خویندکاران و بەشەناوخۆییەکان تەرخان دەکات.
لە نوسراوەکەدا ئاماژە بەوەشکراوە بڕیارەیەک لە ساڵی نوێوە جێبەجێ دەکرێت، بەڵام هیچ ئاماژەیەک بە تەرخانکردنی دەرماڵە نەکراوە بۆ خوێندکاران.
بە گوێرەی لێکدانەوەی پەرلەمانتارانیش کە پێشتر بڵاویانکردووەتەوە تەرخانکردنی دەرماڵە بۆ خوێندکاران بڕی ٧ میار دیناری تێدەچێت بەڵام ئەو پارەیەی تەرخانکراوە، بۆ پێداویستی بەشەناوخۆییەکانیشە لەگەڵ پێداویستی خوێندکاران.
تا ئێستاش خویندکارانی سنوری پارێزکای سلێمانی و هەڵيبجە بەردەوامن لە خۆپیشاندان بۆ گێڕانەوەی دەرماڵەکانیان کە لەساڵی ٢٠١٤وە بەبڕیاری حکومەتی هەریم بڕدراوە.
