بە گوێرەی ئەنجامی کۆتایی هەڵبژاردنەکانی عێراق یەکێتی دوو کاندیدی دیکەی بۆ ئەنجومەنی نوێنەران سەرکەوت کە یەکیان لە هەولێرە و ئەوەی دیکەشیان لە نەینەوایە.
ئەمڕۆ کۆمسیۆنی باڵای سەربەخۆی هەڵبژاردنەکانی عێراق ئەنجامی کۆتایی هەڵبژاردنەکانی ڕایگەیاند بە گوێرەی ئەنجامەکان لە بازنەی سێی هەولێر، “هەرێم کەمال ئاغا” سەرکەوتنی بەدەستهێنا.
