بۆ تاوتوێکردنی ئەگەری دانوستان لەگەڵ دیمەشق، وەفدێکی ئەنجومەنی سوریای دیموکرات بە نوێنەرایەتی ئیدارەی خۆبەڕێوەبەری باکور و رۆژهەڵاتی سوریا لە روسیایە.
سەرچاوە میدیاییەکانی سوریا رایانگەیاند، وەفدێکی ئەنجومەنی سوریای دیموکرات بە سەرۆکایەتی ئیلھام ئەحمەد سەردانی مۆسکۆی پایتەختی روسیای کردووە بە مەبەستی کۆبونەوە لەگەڵ سێرگی لاڤرۆڤ وەزیری دەرەوەی ئەو وڵاتە، بڕیاریشە تاوتوێی مەترسیەکانی ھێرشەکانی تورکیا و ئەگەری ئەنجامدانی دانوستان لەگەڵ دیمەشق بکەن.
ئەو سەردانە ھاوکاتە لەگەڵ لێدوانی چەند لێپرسراوێکی ھێزەکانی سوریای دیموکرات (ھەسەدە) کە جەختیان کردبوەوە لەسەر گرنگی دانوستان لەگەڵ حکومەتی سوریا، بۆ سنوردارکردنی ھەڕەشەکانی تورکیا و قەیرانی سوریا بە گشتی.
