ئێوارەی ئەمڕۆ ( هەینی، ٢٢ی تشرینی یەکەمی ٢٠٢١ ) ئیداره‌ی گه‌رمیان له رونكردنه‌وه‌كه‌یدا ئاشکرای کرد كه ئه‌فسه‌ره‌كه له 20ی ئه‌م مانگه لەسەر بابە‌تێكی نووسین لە‌لایە‌ن بەرێوەبەری پۆلیسی دارستانی گەرمیان راگیرابوو، ئێواره‌ی ئه‌مڕۆ بە فەرمانی قوباد تاڵەبانی، جێگری سەرۆکی حكومه‌ت ئه‌فسه‌ره‌كه ئازادکراوه.

سەبارەت بە راگرتنی مقدەم (ئەرکان رەحمان) ئەفسەر لە بەڕێوەبەرایەتی پۆلیسی دارستانی گەرمیان، كە لە بەرواری ( 20-10-2021 ) لەسەر بابە‌تێكی نووسین لە‌لایە‌ن بەرێوەبەری پۆلیسی دارستانی گەرمیان راگیرابوو. ئێوارەی ئەمڕۆ 22-10-2021 بە فەرمانی بە‌ڕێز قوباد تاڵەبانی جێگری سەرۆک وەزیران ناوبراو ئازادکرا.
