قائیمقامی سلێمانی لەبارەی هێرشکردنە سەر کەسێک لە شەقامی بەختیاری لە لەلایەن چەند چەکدارێکەوە رایگەیاند، لەلایەن هێزەکانی پۆلیس و ئاساییەوە بەدواداچونی پێویست بۆ دەکرێت.
