سەرۆک وەزیرانی عێراق پڕۆژەیەکی بۆ رۆژی سەربەخۆیی عێراق ئامادە کردووە کە تیادا رۆژی 3ی تشرینی یەکەم وەک رۆژی سەربەخۆیی دەناسێنێت.
مسته‌فا كازمی، له تویتێكدا بڵاویکردەوە “له‌پێناو چه‌سپاندنی شوناسی نیشتمانی، پرۆژه‌یه‌كمان پێشكه‌ش كرد بۆ دانانی 3ی تشرینی یه‌كه‌م كه ڕۆژی سه‌ربه‌خۆیی عێراقه به جه‌ژنی نیشتمانی”.
سەرۆک وەزیرانی عێراق وتیشی “ڕه‌سه‌نایه‌تی گه‌له‌كه‌مان ئه‌و واتایه‌یه كه عێراقییه‌كان له ڕێگه‌ی به‌شداریكردنی فراوان له هه‌ڵبژاردن گوزارشتی لێ ده‌كه‌ن و بژارده‌ی لایه‌نگرانی شوناسی عێراقیبونه”.
رۆژی 3ی تشرینی یه‌كه‌می 1932 بەریتانیا كۆتایی به‌ده‌سه‌ڵاته‌كه‌ی له عێراق هێنا، ئه‌و رۆژه وه‌ك رۆژی سه‌ربه‌خۆیی كۆماری عێراق دیاریكراوه.
