پۆلیسی گەرمیان ڕایگەیاند، ئۆتۆمبێلێک هاوڵاتییەکی شێلاوە و بەهۆیەوە هاوڵاتییەکە گیانی لەدەستداوە، بەڵام بەهۆی ئەوەی هیچ پێناسێکی پێنییە کەسوکارەکەی نادیارە.
لە ڕاگەیەنراوێکدا بەڕێوەبەرایەتی پۆلیسی گەرمیان بڵاویکردەوە “بەیانی ئەمڕۆ هەینی لەسەر ڕێگای کەلار – گردەگۆزینە ئۆتۆمبیلێک لەجۆری جێب واز هاووڵاتیەکی لەڕەگەزی نێر شێلا و پاش گەیاندنی بەبەشی فریاکەوتنی شەهید هەژار لەکەلار گیانی لەدەستدا.”
پۆلیس ئاماژەی بەوەشکردووە “لەبەر ئەوەی هیچ ناسنامەیەکی پێ نیە تائێستا کەسوکاری نادیارە و تەرمەکەی لەپزیشکی دادوەری قەزای کەلارە .”
ئەوەش هاتووە “شۆفێری ئۆتۆمبێلەکەش بەبڕیاری دادوەر وبەپێی مادەی 24ی هاتووچۆ بەندکراوە”.
