بە بەشداریزیاتر لە ملیۆنێک و ٨٠٠ ھەزار قوتابی زەنگی ساڵی نوێی خوێندن لێدرا و سەرۆکی حکومەت سوپاسی خۆڕاگری مامۆستایانی کرد.
مەسرور بارزانی بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ بنەماڵەی شەهیدی ئاڵا زەنگی دەستپێکردنی خوێندنی لێدا، لە وتارێکیدا رایگەیاند، خوێندکاران و قوتابیان ئێوە ئاییندەی گەلەکەمانن و بە پەروەردەیەکی دروست دەتوانن ئاییندەیەکی باشترمان بۆ بنیات بنێن.
مەسرور بارزانی، سەرۆکوەزیرانی هەرێمی کوردستان سوپاسی مامۆستایانی کرد کە سەبری زۆریان هەبووە، هیوادارە بەردەوام بن بۆ ئەوەی خوێندن بەردەوام بێت.
پڕۆسەی خوێندنی ئەمساڵ بەبەشداریی زیاتر لە یەک ملیۆن و ٨٠٠ ھەزار قوتابی و ١٦٢ هەزار مامۆستا و فەرمانبەر لە حەوت هەزار و ١٤٥ قوتابخانە و ناوەندی خوێندن دەستی پێکرد.
