دووبرا کوژران و ئۆتۆمبێله‌كه‌یان سوتێنرا

پۆلیسی پارێزگای هه‌ولێر، ئێواره‌ی ئه‌مڕۆ له نزیك گوندی قه‌لانچۆغانی سه‌ر به پارێزگای ھه‌ولێر، دو برا به ده‌ستڕێژی گوللـه كوژران و ئۆتۆمبێله‌كه‌شیان سوتێندرا.
له‌راگه‌یه‌ندراوێكدا کە به‌ڕێوه‌به‌رایه‌تی پۆلیسی پارێزگای هه‌ولێر، ئێوارەی ئەمڕۆ ( چوارشەممە، ٢٥ی ئابی ٢٠٢١ ) بڵاویكرده‌وه ڕایگەیاندوە،” ئه‌مڕۆ ئاگادار كرانه‌وه به‌بونی روداوی كوشتن له‌سنوری قه‌زای خه‌بات ناحیه‌ی سێبیران گوندی قه‌ڵاچۆغان، ده‌ست به‌جێ هێزه‌كانی به‌رێوه‌به‌رایه‌تی پۆلیسی هه‌وڵێر چونه شوێنی مه‌به‌ست و ده‌ستیان كرد به ڵێكۆڵینه‌وه”.
لە بەشێکی تری ڕاگەیەندراوەکەدا هاتوە،” له‌ئه‌نجامدا ده‌ركه‌وت كه دو برا كوژراون به‌ناوه‌كانی (ڕێناس ستار خدر)و(ره‌نجده‌ر ستار خدر) و زانیاری له‌سه‌ر كێشه‌كه و تۆمه‌تباری سه‌ره‌كی روداوه‌كه‌ش كۆكرایه‌وه كه به‌ناوی (ی.ق.ع)ه كه ناسیاوی كوژراوانی ناوبراوه”.
سەبارەت بە هۆکاری ڕوداوەکە لە ڕاگەیەندراوەکەدا هاتوە،” هۆكاری روداوه‌كه، له‌سه‌ر كێشه‌ی كۆمه‌ڵایه‌تی بوه، په‌ڕاو بۆ ڕوداوه‌كه رێكخراوه بۆ ئه‌نجامدانی ڕێڕه‌وی یاسایی به‌رامبه‌ر تۆمه‌تباری ناوبراو”.
