تاوتوێی پەرەپێدانی پەیوەندییە زانستی و کلتوری نێوان هەرێم و ئەرمینیا دەکرێت

قوباد تاڵەبانی جێگری سەرۆکی حکومەتی ھەرێم لەگەڵ ” ھراشیا پۆلادیان ” باڵیۆزی ئەرمینیا لە عێراق کۆبووەوە و پێکەوە تاوتوێی پەرەپێدانی پەیوەندییە زانستی و کلتورییەکانیان کرد.
لە کۆبوونەوەکەدا قوباد تاڵەبانی ھەنگاوەکانی حکومەتی ھەرێمی بۆ چاکسازی و بەرەنگاربوونەوەی گەندەڵی بۆ باڵیۆزی ئەرمینیا ڕوونکردەوە و جەختی کردەوە لە قۆناغی داھاتووشدا ئەم ھەنگاوانە بە ئیرادە و گوڕوتینێکی بەھێزترەوە بەردەوام دەبن.
لە تەوەرێکی دیکەی کۆبوونەوەکەدا ھەردوولا ھاوڕابوون لەسەر پێویستیی پەرەپێدانی پەیوەندییە کلتوری و زانستییەکانی نێوان ھەرێمی کوردستان و وڵاتی ئەرمینیا بە تایبەت لە بواری تەکنەلۆژیای زانیارییەکان.
