وەزارەتی پەروەردەی حکومەتی هەرێم بە فەرمانێکی وەزاری کارکردنی مامۆستایان و سەرپەرشتیارانی کەرتی حکومی کە قوتابخانە و پەیمانگە ناحکومییەکانی سەر بە وەزارەتی پەروەردە سنوردار دەکات.
لە فەرمانێکی وەزاریدا کە رۆژی هەشتی ئەم مانگە دەرکراوە و واژۆی وەزیری پەروەردەی بەسەرەوەیە شەش خاڵی دیایر کردووە بۆ کارکردن لە قوتابخانە و پەیمانگە ناحکومییەکان و تیایدا رایگەیاندووە کە دەبێت 80٪ی ئەو پەیمانگا و قوتابخانانە بە شێوەیکی هەمیشەیی مامۆستاکانیان دامەزراندبێت.
فەرمانەکە ئەوشی تیادا هاتووە کە مامۆستا و سەرپەرشتیارانی دامەزراو لە کەرتی حکومەتدا بۆیان نییە کار بکەن ئەگەر مۆڵەتی بێ موچە نەبن یان یا پێویستە مامۆستایان میلاکیان بگوازنەوە بۆ ئەو شوێنانە و تەنها ساڵی خزمەتیان بۆ هەژمار دەکرێت.
