کاک نەوشیروان، گەوھەرێکی درەوشاوەی دنیای سیاسی کوردە، خاوەنی چەندین داھێنان و گۆڕانکارییە لە کلتوری سیاسیدا، کە نەوەی کۆن پێی ئاشنابون و نەوەی تازەش بەشێکیان بە چاوی خۆیان بینی یان تێیدا ژیان.
تێوەگلاندن و ناوھێنانی کەسانی تر لەم دۆخەی ئێستای یەکێتیدا، جگە لەوەی گومانەکان لەسەر ئەو دەکەنە واقیع، ئەو مەرامەش ناپێکێت، کە بیانەوێت سەنگەرێکی تر بۆ شەڕکردن و بەلادارێبردنی چاوی خەلک بکەنەوە.
