به زۆرینه‌ی ده‌نگی پەرلەمانتاران په‌رله‌مانی سوید متمانه‌ی له “ستیڤان لۆڤێن” سه‌رۆك وه‌زیران ئه‌و وڵاته سه‌نده‌وه و حکومەتکەی هەڵوەشایەوە.
بە گوێرەی هەواڵی میدیاكانی سوید، په‌رله‌مانی سوید ده‌نگی له‌سه‌ر سه‌ندنه‌وه‌ی متمانه له حكومه‌تی ستیڤان لۆڤین، سه‌رۆك وه‌زیرانی وڵاته‌كه‌داوە و به زۆرینه‌ی ده‌نگی پەرلەمانتاران حكومه‌ته‌كه‌ی هه‌ڵوه‌شایه‌وه.
وەرگرتنەوەی متمانە لە سەرۆک وەزیرانی سوید په‌یوه‌ندی به بڕگه‌ی 44 له پلانی چاكسازیی حكومه‌تی سویده‌وه هه‌یه كه تایبه‌ته به ئه‌نجامدانی چاكسازی له سیسته‌می به‌كرێدانی خانوو و یه‌كه نیشته‌جێبوونه‌كان كه حكومه‌ت په‌سه‌ندی كردووه، بەڵام ناڕه‌زایی خه‌ڵك و په‌رله‌مانی لێكه‌وتووه‌ته‌وه.
لەسەر ئەو بنەمایەش پەرلەمانی سوید لە كۆی 349 په‌رله‌مانتار، 181 پەرلەمانتار له‌گه‌ڵ لێسه‌ندنه‌وه‌ی ئه‌م متمانه‌یه بوون و 109 كه‌سیش له‌گه‌ڵ مانه‌وه‌ی حكومه‌تی ستیڤان لۆڤین بوون و 51 ده‌نگیش بێلایه‌ن بوون.
