بەپێی نووسراوێكی وەزارەتی دادی عێراق، كە لە ١٥ی ئەم مانگە دەرچووە و واژۆی مافپەروەر صادق عبد حسین، بەڕێوەبەری بەشی پێشوازی و بەردانی زیندانیانی لەسەرە، بڕیار دراوە بە ئازادكردنی (جەمال مستەفا عەبدوڵڵا سوڵتان) و هەڵوەشاندنەوەی ئەو تۆمەتەی ئاڕاستەی كراوە بەپێی یاسای تیرۆر بەهۆی ئەوەی بەڵگەی پێویست لەسەری نەبووە.
جەمال مستەفا عەبدوڵڵا سوڵتان هاوسەری ( حەلا )ی كچە بچووكی سەدام حسێن-ی سەرۆكی لەسێدارەدراوی ڕژێمی پێشووی عێراقە و یەكێك بووە لەو كەسانەی ناوی لە لیستی تیرۆری ئەمریكادا هاتبوو، كە لیستێكی 52 كەسی بوو، ئەمیش ناوەكەی بە ژمارە 20 هاتبوو.
ئەو زاوایەی سەدام حسێن لە ٢٠ی نیسانی ٢٠٠٣ دەستگیر كرا و لە ئێستاشدا دوای ١٨ ساڵ زیندانی ئازادكرا.
