ئاسایشی هەڵەبجە روونکردنەوەیەک بڵاودەکاتەوە

بەرێوەبەرایەتی ئاسایشی پارێزگای هەڵەبجە لە روونکردنەوەیەکدا سه‌باره‌ت به‌و ڕووداوه‌ی سه‌رله‌به‌یانی ئه‌مڕۆ كه له پاركێكی گه‌ڕه‌كی شاره‌وانی ڕوویداوه رووداوەکە دەگێڕێتەوە و دەڵێت کارێکی خۆکوژی بووە.
ئاسایشی هەڵەبجە دەڵێت: گه‌نجێكی له‌دایك بووی ساڵی (1992) كاتژمێر (9)ی سه‌رله‌به‌یانی ڕۆشتوه‌ته پاركه‌كه و دووباخه‌وانی لێبووه دوای سڵاوكردن له باخه‌وانه‌كان و دووركه‌وتنه‌وه لێیان به‌ماوه‌یه‌كی كه‌م ده‌نگێك بیستراوه.
ئاسایش ئەوەشی راگەیاندووە “دوای ئاگادار بوون و گه‌شتنی هێزه‌كانمان به شوێنی ڕووداوه‌كه له لێكۆڵینه‌وه سه‌ره‌تایبه‌كاندا ده‌ركه‌وتوه كه كه‌سێكه به‌ناوی (ڕێكان ته‌حسین فه‌تاح) كۆتایی به‌ژیانی خۆی هێناوه ڕووداوه‌كه ڕووداوێكی خۆكوژی بووه و له ڕێگه‌ی نارنجۆكێكی ده‌نگیه‌وه بووه” .
دەشڵێت “لێكۆڵینه‌وه‌ی زیاتر به‌رده‌وامه، هاوڵاتیانی خۆشه‌ویست ئاگادار ده‌كه‌ین كه پێویست به شڵه‌ژان و دڵه‌ڕاوكێ ناكات، چونكه ڕوداوه‌كه ته‌نها كارێكی خۆكوژی بووه”.
