سەرۆکی پەرلەمانی کوردستان رۆژی پێنج شەممە سەردانی سزادراوانی بادینانی کردووە و بەڵێنی پێداون کار بکات بۆ ئەوەی کەسوکارەکەیان سەردانیان بکەن.
سەرچاوەیەک لە نێو کەسوکاری سزادراوانی بادینان بە (لڤین)ی راگەیاند، سەرۆکی پەرلەمانی کوردستان سەردانی هەریەکە لە شێروان شێروانی و شڤان بەرۆشکی و گوهدار زێباری و هاریوان عیسا و بەدەل بەرواری و شڤان سەعید و ئەیاز کەرەمی کردووە.
سەرچاوەکەی لڤین ئەوەی ئاشکرا کرد لەو سەردانەیدا رێواز فایەق بەڵێنی پێداون رێبە خێزانەکانیان بدرێت سەردانیان بکەن بە زوترین کات.
سەردانەکە رۆژی پێنج شەممە ئەنجامدراوە و بۆ ماوەی چەند کاتژمێرێک لەگەڵ سزادراوان گفتوگویان کردووە، و تیایدا لە دۆخی خراپی خۆیان ئاگاداریان کردووەتەوە و بەڵێنیان لێ وەرگرتووە کە کار بکات بۆ ئەوەی کەسوکارەکەیان سەردانیان بکەن.
ئەو چالاکوان و رۆژنامەنوسانەی بادینان لە مانگی 10ی ساڵی رابردووە دەستگیرکراون و لە رۆژی 10ی شوبات مەسرور بارزانی سەرۆکی حکومەتی هەرێم رایگەیاند ئەوانە سیخوڕن و کاریان بۆ لایەنی دەرەکی کردووە.
دوای ئەوەش لە رۆژی 16ی شوبات دادگای تاوانی 2ی هەولێر بڕیاری شەش ساڵ زیندانی بۆ پێنج کەس لەو دەستگیرکراوانە دەرکرد ئەوەس ناڕەزایی زۆری لێکەوتەوە و چەندجارێک وڵاتانی بیانی هۆشداریان دایە حکومەتی هەرێم لەو بارەیەوە.
