لە حەوتەمین ساڵیادی گرتنی شاری موسڵ-دا لە لایەن داعشەوە وه‌زیری به‌رگری عێراق، گه‌یشته پارێزگای نەینەوا.
ئه‌مڕۆ حه‌وت ساڵ به‌سه‌ر داگیركردنی پارێزگای نه‌ینه‌وا له‌لایه‌ن چه‌كدارانی داعشدا تێپەڕدەبێت، بۆ ئاگاداربوون لە دۆخی ئەمنی پارێزگاکەش لە نزیکەوە، جومعه عیناد، وه‌زیری به‌رگری عێراق، به‌سه‌رۆكایه‌تی شاندێكی باڵای سه‌ربازی گه‌یشته ئه‌و پارێزگایه.
وه‌زاره‌تی به‌رگری عێراق، لە ڕاگەیەنراوێکدا، ئاشکرایکرد، ئامانجی سه‌ره‌كی سه‌ردانه‌كه‌ی وەزیری بەرگریی و شاندە یاوەرەکەی، به‌دواداچوونه بۆ دۆسیه‌ی ئه‌منی ئه‌و پارێزگایه و رێكار و رێوشوێنه ئه‌منیه‌كانی ڕووبه‌ڕوبونه‌وه‌ی شانه نوستوه‌كانی داعش.
لە 10ی 6ی 2021 دا، چەکدارانی داعش بە هێزێکی کەمەوە و بێ ئەوەی هێزە عێراقییەکان بەرگریی بکەن چوونە ناو شاریی موسڵەوە و دەستیان بەسەردا گرت، دوای زیاتر له سێ ساڵیش، له مانگی 8ی 2017دا سوپای عێراق كۆنتڕۆڵكردنه‌وه و ئازادكردنی شاره‌كه‌ی ڕاگه‌یاند.
