دادگای فیدراڵی لەبارەی یاسای ئەنجومەنی پارێزگاکان بڕیاریدا

لە راگەیەندراوێکدا، دادگاى باڵاى فیدراڵى عێراق، ئەمڕۆ ( یەک شەممە، ٢ى ئایارى ٢٠٢١ ) ڕایگەیاندووە” بڕیارێک لەسەر سکاڵاى ژمارە ( ١١٨ ) فیدراڵى ساڵى ( ٢٠١٩ )ی تایبەت بەئەنجومەنى پارێزگاکان دەرکردووە و بڕیار دراوە بەنادەستورى مادەى ١٤ لەیاسای ژمارە ١٠ى ساڵى ٢٠١٨ کە تایبەتە بەیاسای هەموارکردنى سێیەمى یاسای پارێزگا ناڕێکخراوەکانى هەرێم بەژمارە ٢١ى ساڵى ٢٠٠٨ کە ئەو یاسایەش تایبەتە بە بەردەوامى ئەنجومەنى پارێزگا و قەزاکانەوە”.
لە بەشێکی تری ڕاگەیەندراوەکەدا ئاماژە بۆ ئەوەش کراوە”ڕۆژى پێنجشەممەى ڕابردوو دادگاى فیدراڵى دادبینى بۆ سکاڵایەک کردووە کە تایبەتە بەداواکارى چاوخشاندنەوە بە بڕیارێکى نادەستورى لەمادەکانى یاسای هەموارکردنى یاسای پارێزگا ناڕێکخراوەکانى هەرێم بەژمارە ٢١ى ساڵى ٢٠٠٨ و لەئەنجامیشدا دادگا بڕیارى نادەستورى بوونى ئەو مادە تایبەتەى بەو یاسایەوە دەرکرد”.
